Build self-esteem; get your body in shape through the basic fitness conditioning. Class focuses on the strength, flexibility, and endurance of each of the students.
Get your body in shape through conditioning; drills are designed to work specific muscles such as the stomach and bicep etc. You’ll be delighted you did!
