Perfect class for beginners; learn basic foundation of all events – balance beam, uneven bars, vault, floor exercise and dance – great athletic foundation.

Pink Level

• For Girls only
• Attention! Need to have mastered Purple class skills or have a coach’s recommendation to enroll in this level
• 1 hour class
• Max 9 students per class 

Class will challenge each student to progress in gymnastics and complete new skills. Additional benefits of this class include building self-esteem and self-confidence.

Blue Level

• For Girls only
• Attention! Need to have mastered Pink class skills or have a coach’s recommendation to enroll in this level
• 1 hour class
• Max 9 students per class

Blue is the intermediate level of girl’s recreational artistic gymnastics. Each student will be challenged with dance, conditioning, and all four events during each class.

Green Level

Green is the last artistic class before the girls start Levels I-IV with specific routines for each event; her confidence is ever-increasing.

Rhythmic Kinder

• For Girls only
• 4.5 – 5.5 years

What little girl doesn't like ribbons, hoops, jump ropes, and dancing with a ball ? Class incorporates the best of artistic gymnastics with a fun twist!

Rhythmic Beginning

Class is a fusion of artistic Gymnastics and dance making it a beautiful sport; Girls will learn the basic skills of rhythmic gymnastics events - the hoop, ribbon, rope, ball, and clubs.

Cheer Classes

• Classes for 5.5 - 7 years old – 1.0 hour class
• Classes for 8 - 16 years old – 1.5 hour class

This class will focus on basic skills needed to be a school or competitive cheerleader. Will learn jumps, motions, cheers and stunting skills

Handstands, cartwheels and round-offs are some skills targeted in this class; provides each student with new and exciting tricks they can show to their friends and parents.

This class is designed for students with a desire to complete new skills - handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. Perfect for dancers, martial art students and cheerleaders.

Tumbling Expansion

• For Boys & Girls
• Attention! Need to have mastered Basic class skills or have a coach’s recommendation to enroll in this level
• 1.5 hour class
• Max 9 students per class

This class focuses on the ever popular back & front handsprings needed for cheerleading try-outs; don’t wait until the last minute.

Tumbling Velocity

• For Boys & Girls
• Attention! Need to have mastered Expansion class skills or have a coach’s recommendation to enroll in this level
• 1.5 hour class
• Max 9 students per class

Students will focus on increasing speed in round-offs and handsprings to prepare for more advanced skills such as back tucks.

• 1.5 hour class

This is a higher level class where students learn lay-outs and tucked flips backwards and forward.

Tumbling Advanced

• Attention! Need to have mastered Intermediate class skills or have a coach’s recommendation to enroll in this level
• 1.5 hour class
• Max 9 students per class

 This class is the highest level of tumbling instruction and focuses on multiple rotations as well as twisting rotations.

 If you love to tumble and aren’t interested in vault, beam, bars and rings, if you would love to compete but have limited time available for workouts – this is class for you.
