Party Policies and Safety Rules

Thank you for choosing Monarchs National Gymnastics Training Center, LLC for your child’s Birthday Party.

1. You are scheduled for two hours (one hour and half games & activities in the gym and thirty minutes in the party room) for the total party. You must vacate the party room on time. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the party begins to decorate and greet guests. There may be a party in progress at your arrival, so please be respectful of their space. You and any early guests may wait in the waiting area. When you arrive please check in with your personal coach party hosts. You may ask our staff to place anything that requires refrigeration in the refrigerator.
2. Birthday Party Liability Waiver - Please remember that you are responsible for providing Liability Waivers. Every child who will be in the gym  MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER to enter the gym areas.
   
   We recommend that you use our Birthday Party Invitation Email template to email your guests. In this case your guests would go to our website and register RSVP and sign a Liability Waiver online. Also, our Birthday Party Invitation with online RSVP instructions and directions is available for download. Please print invitations and mail or hand-deliver them to your guests. This works great if you do not have an email address, or if you want to hand them out at school, daycare, etc.
   Whether your invitations are being emailed, mailed or hand delivered, please submit your guest list 2 weeks prior to your party date.
   
   Use this form to send the guest list to Monarchs Gymnastics or fax to 818-991-4531, so that we can prepare appropriately (additional coaches may be needed). As a gift to you we provide Special Offers / Discounts for your guests. Please allow 3 business days for printing and preparation. You may choose to pick up Special Offers / Discounts in advance. At the same time in the office, you can buy Authentic Medal Party Favors.
3. Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made 45 days prior to the party date. Party dates and time may not be changed with less than 30 days notice.
4. Balance - We cannot accept credit cards for the balance due on the day of the party.  You must pay by cash.  The office is closed.
   Gratuity is not included. Tipping is at your discretion but greatly appreciated.
   The Coupon* or Discount* will be applied to the balance due the day of the party.

5. Extra Charges - The party fee covers up to twenty children; any additional children will be $11.00 per child. Monarchs provides two instructors to every party; if there are over 25 children you receive an additional instructor base on submitted guest list 2 weeks prior to your party date.
   
   Please be considerate of the party after yours and end at the designated time. The next party time is scheduled 30 minutes after yours. Monarchs may charge $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes. Keep in mind you have a half an hour after the “gymnastics part” for “table time”, which may not accommodate opening of presents. We recommend opening gifts at home or shortening play time. However additional time* may be purchased - please call the office.
   
   *only in advance based on availability:
   $130.00 for an extra HOUR of gymnastics (before table time only!)
   $75.00 for an extra HOUR of table time (after gymnastics time only!)
6. You are responsible for providing & serving food and beverages, decorations, paper/ plastic goods (table cloths, plates, napkins, paper cups, utensils, etc.) and party favors. There is no food or drinks allowed in the gymnastics area. You are responsible for cleaning up at the end of your party. Please dispose of all garbage into the trash bins and our staff will take out the trash and sweep the floor. No smoking or alcohol allowed.
7. NO PARENTS ON EQUIPMENT OR APPARATUS-NO EXCEPTIONS!
   Parents are welcome to stay and watch.  They may be out in the gym to take pictures or   to accompany a younger child on the floor. Young children and children not participating in the party must stay with a parent/guardian all the time. Also, for the safety of our athletes who may be in the gym during your party, flash photography may not be allowed. Please check with your party instructors to see if it is ok to use a flash.
8. No shoes are allowed in the gymnastics area. We recommend for children to remove socks. Parents must remove their shoes. We suggest wearing form fitting clothing for all participants. No jewelry please! Cubbies are located outside of the activity areas.
9. We do not provide child care before or after party. Child may be unaccompanied by a parent / guardian for the duration of their scheduled party only, and must be escorted into and out of the gym by a parent or guardian. Waiting outside is unsafe and prohibited.
10. Monarchs is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
11. Parents/guardian are responsible for and, will be billed for any and all damages caused by their student and/or minors*.
    *All parents and children are guests in our facility and expected to treat our building as they would being guests in anyone’s home.
12. Lastly, if there is anything we can do to help make your party “special and festive,” please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Just a few safety rules…

• No shoes in the gym.
• No alcohol.
• No piñatas, silly string, or confetti.
• Children under 4 years must have a parent with them at all times.
• Parents are not allowed on the equipment (there is a weight limit).
• Children cannot go onto the floor before the party time.

Children cannot go onto the floor after they eat (this is a serious health and safety concern)

Monarchs National Gymnastics Training Center, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Birthday Party Guidelines and Suggestions

• We recommend keeping the children invited within the same age group. Our games and activities are specially designed for the age of the birthday child.

• As a gift to you we provide Special Offers / Discounts for your guests. Remember to pick them up in the office in advance. At the same time, you can purchase Authentic Medal Party Favors for $4 each. If you do not use all of them, you can return them and we will deduct the cost of the extra medals from your balance on the day of the party.

• You and quests may arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time. Once the party begins, parents and friends have 1.5 hour to set-up and decorate the room, if necessary.

• Remember that you can buy our Class Gift Certificates as the present for your child or see some other gift ideas.

• You can take advantage of our “SPECIAL PRICE” with local pizzerias. You can call from Monarchs when you arrive for your party and tell the time that you would like the pizza to arrive. Call for details or ask Monarchs stuff on the day of the party.

• If there is anything we can do to make your child’s party more special or memorable, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your birthday wish!
