Team Coach

We are looking for a committed Team Coach to complement our qualified workforce of coaches and
instructors. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational coaching plan
according to the gym’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to
athletes while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to athletes and create a
relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a group and workout and make learning
an easy and meaningful process.
The goal is to help cultivate the athletes’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire
process of learning, training and development.
Class Instructor

Camp Counselor
Agoura Hills, California & Newbury Park, California
We are looking for a Camp Counselor to supervise young campers and make sure they learn and have
fun while also learning basic gymnastics and physical fitness skills.

What do Camp Counselors do?
The most important out of all Camp Counselor duties is to ensure campers are safe at all times. You’ll
be responsible for overseeing their activities and ensuring they don’t get lost or hurt. The job duties of
a Camp Counselor also include following the Monarchs Camp Lesson Plans and daily schedule,
activities include summer camp games, educating children and teenagers and setting up equipment.
