The events team is responsible for all the fun that is had at Monarchs. They are the kid-loving, fun-having rock stars that lead our dynamic birthday parties, camps and special events onsite at Monarchs or outdoors and off site. They are our superheroes, wonder women, ninjas and nerf warriors who entertain, wrangle, instruct and nurture our kiddos making sure everyone has a rip-roaring good time at Monarchs events.

We are looking for a Camp Counselor to supervise young campers and make sure they learn and have
fun while also learning basic gymnastics and physical fitness skills.
What do Camp Counselors do?
The most important out of all Camp Counselor duties is to ensure campers are safe at all times. You’ll
be responsible for overseeing their activities and ensuring they don’t get lost or hurt. The job duties of
a Camp Counselor also include following the Monarchs Camp Lesson Plans and daily schedule,
activities include summer camp games, educating children and teenagers and setting up equipment.
The goal is to help cultivate the student’s interest in sports and be their dedicated ally in the entire
process of learning, training and development.
