  • How do I renew my Membership?

    To renew your Membership, simply **log in to your account** and **register for your desired class**.

    If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us—we’re happy to help! Our membership /anniversart fees are for 365 Days. Membership fees do not apply to camps and birthday parties. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

  • Can I get a full refund?

     While we do have refund policies in place, we are **typically flexible** and review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you need assistance, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help. Refunds may include a $15.00 processing fee.

  • What is your return policy?

    Gym shoppe returns must be within 14 days of purchase, unworn, tags still attached

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    If you can’t locate your original receipt, simply log in to your account to view your purchase history.

    If you still need help, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • Trial

    Trials:

    • Trials are non-obligational, if your child enrolls the trial counts as the first class in their enrollment.

    • We hold your spot for 6 days. If we do not hear back from you the spot will be released.


  • Can I enroll my child mid-session?

    You can enroll at any point in the session as long as there is space in the class. Payment is prorated based on when they start.


  • What is the CANCELLATION Policy

    While we don’t like to see our families go, we understand the circumstances change and you can no longer attend class. You MUST GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE at the front desk or through the Parent Portal in order to drop a class.  Monarchs Gymnastics requires a 15 day notice.  Telling to a coach will not serve as notice.  Once you drop a class you are not guaranteed a spot in that class if you want to re-enroll.  In the case of an injury, the drop date is effective the day following the receipt of the doctors note.  In order to hold your spot(monthly only), you must stay continuously enrolled and be current on payments.  Refunds will be based on the date the official, written notice is received at the front desk or dropped from portal.  No refunds will be given prior to that.  If your child is injured, please email us a copy of the doctors note to info@monarchsgymnastics.com  


  • What to wear to class


    For gymnastics class, wear a comfortable, fitted outfit like a leotard or a t-shirt with athletic shorts or leggings. Grip non-slip socks are required in the main Gym.  Avoid loose clothing, baggy items, and any garments with buttons, zippers, or buckles. Long hair should be pulled back securely in a ponytail, bun, or braid, and jewelry should be left at home. Please ensure that their midriff is fully covered (no sports bras or similar cropped tops). Thank you for helping us keep the gym a safe and respectful environment for everyone!


    For Parkour class, wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows a full range of motion, like sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt, along with supportive, flat-soled athletic shoes with good grip. Remove any restrictive jewelry and pull back long hair. 


  • Make Up Policy

    We provide one make up class per month for missed classes. There are no prorated tuition adjustments or refunds. No refunds or make ups classes are offered for classes  that fall on scheduled holidays. We only charge for four classes. In months that have five weeks—the first missed class in a five week month doesn’t create a makeup token.

    All unused make-up tokens will expire on the last day of  the month


  • Sick Policy

    Please help keep our athletes & staff healthy! No sick kids in class. If your child has a hard time controlling their congestion or cough and/or has a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting; we ask that they do not attend class. Thank you!



  • What is the difference between gymnastics and tumbling?

    Tumbling classes focus solely on tumbling skills on Floor and Trampoline. Gymnastics classes provide instruction for all apparatus.

     Girls gymnastics – Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.

     Boys gymnastics – Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar.



  • Why are children dismissed from a different exit instead of leaving through the front? AGOURA HILLS

    AGOURA ONLY . Some parents/caretakers stay to observe their children in class, others drop off and pick up at the end. To ensure that all students stay together and are accounted for at dismissal, instructors take them to their parents and dismiss them one by one at the Exit door “E”, this allows them to be dismissed safely and avoids crowding in our entryway.


  • Does Monarchs Gymnastics accommodate children with special needs?

    We  welcome all children to experience the joy of movement and play. However, we want to be transparent in sharing that our staff is not trained or accredited in special needs education, and we are not equipped to provide accommodations for children with special needs in our structured classes.



  • Does Monarchs Accept Homeschool funds?

    Yes, Currently we are vendors with Blueridge, Peak Prep, Sage Oak, GVCS, and Ilead.
