MIGHTY NINJA
Our Monarchs Ninja program is designed for dynamic kids who want to be the next Ninja Warrior.
Our Mighty Ninja class at Monarchs takes your young warrior through exciting ninja obstacle courses and relays, teaching foundational rolling, kicking, jumping, and tumbling. Each class blends the essential elements of ninja training—gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle skills—into a fun, structured experience.
Led by a skilled ninja instructor, classes begin with a warm-up, followed by foundational gymnastics and tumbling, discipline, agility, and strength training, and finish with a conditioning game.
Our Newbury Park facility features a 30-foot-long Ninja equipment setup, giving ninjas the perfect environment to build confidence, coordination, and power.
PARKOUR
The MonarX Parkour program helps kids build real-world movement skills through our multi-focus training system. In our indoor space designed to simulate outdoor environments, students practice vaulting, rolling, climbing, jumping, and landing. Classes also develop speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance, and overall confidence. Each session includes warm-ups, conditioning, skill stations, and freestyle obstacle training.
Our
Agoura Hills location features a dedicated Parkour facility, making it the perfect place for energetic kids to learn and grow. Find a class that fits your schedule and let the fun begin!
Flips & Tricks
Our Flips & Tricks Class is designed for active students ages 6 and up who enjoy the art of flipping and tricking. Certified instructors train students in the gymnastics gym on obstacles relating to flipping and tricking. Classes will utilize floor, tumble track, trampoline, rod floor, and foam pit to practice jumping, rolling, cartwheels, handstands, flips and kicks. Classes will begin with a warm-up, work on stretching, rotate obstacle courses and conclude with a conditioning sequence. This class is a compliment to the parkour class for students newly introduced to the art of flipping and tricking.
What is Parkour?
Parkour is all about moving through an environment as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Using techniques like jumping, climbing, vaulting, and rolling, it challenges the body to adapt to its surroundings. Parkour encourages creative problem-solving and body control, focusing on flow and precision while overcoming obstacles in the most effective way.
What is Mighty Ninja Training?
Mighty Ninja training draws from a mix of sports including gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle course challenges. These courses are designed to test and improve strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility through a series of physical obstacles similar to those seen on the “American Ninja Warrior” show. It’s an intense but fun way to build athletic skills and resilience.
