Teams
The Monarchs Team program is designed to foster the growing development of young athletes on the competitive track. Pre-competitive developmental programs designed to prepare young gymnasts for Men’s & Women’s competitive groups. Additionally, we offer Women’s Xcel gymnastics for athletes of varying capabilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding competitive experience. Level designation varies by aptitude. All groups are by invitation only.
NEW STARS
By invitation only — call to inquire! The first step on our developmental, pre-competitive track. Gymnasts learn proper technique and strong fundamentals from certified, safety-trained instructors — perfect for those who listen, learn, and love gymnastics!
SHINING STARS
By invitation only — call to inquire! Our top developmental class helps gymnasts build strong fundamentals and proper technique as they prepare for Level 2. Taught by certified team instructors, Shining Stars is perfect for athletes who listen, follow directions, and love gymnastics!
SHOOTING STARS
By invitation only — call to inquire! Designed for advancing gymnasts on the pre-competitive track, this program builds on strong fundamentals with a focus on proper technique and skill development. WOMAN'S TEAM
By invitation only — call to inquire! The Monarchs Women’s Team (J.O. Levels 2–Elite) offers top-tier training from world-class coaches in exceptional facilities, nurturing each athlete’s competitive spirit and passion for gymnastics.
XCEL TEAM
By invitation only — call to inquire! Designed for gymnasts from our Rec or developmental programs, Xcel offers a flexible competitive path with quality instruction from certified coaches — perfect for athletes balancing school, activities, and a love for gymnastics.
