KINDER GYMNASTICS
The Monarchs Kinder Gym program is a great start to the gymnastics sport.
Our safety and certified instructors work hand in hand with your child to drive their growing development. Through our established curriculum they will learn life skills using gymnastics as an instrument for gross motor skills and kindergarten attention spans. Your child will build strength, flexibility and coordination in addition to spatial and perceptual awareness. Monarchs students will learn to build self confidence and basic social skills in a group setting. Classes utilize gymnastics apparatus (vault, bears, beam, floor, rings, ribbons; etc.), props (ball, lumi sticks, hula hoops, bean bags; etc) and stations to master colors, numbers, and lay a solid foundation for physical fitness. Students will be introduced to forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. At Monarchs we let our imaginations soar so that your child's imagination can too! Find a class today and let your child take their first step to a better future.
Kinder Gymnastics
Our preschool classes introduce little ones to movement in a safe, playful environment. Activities like hopping, balancing, rolling, and swinging help build coordination, core strength, and body awareness. Through fun and imaginative stations, preschoolers develop motor skills and confidence while learning how to listen and follow instructions—all while having a great time.
Girls Gymnastics
Beginner classes focus on the basics: forward rolls, handstands, bridges, and safe landings. These classes build flexibility, strength, and balance in an encouraging atmosphere. Students gain confidence as they explore the equipment and learn how to move with control and purpose, creating a strong foundation for future gymnastics skills.
Boys Gymnastics
Intermediate gymnasts build on the fundamentals, moving into more challenging skills and combinations. Classes introduce bar work, beam techniques, tumbling passes, and vault approaches while continuing to focus on form and strength. At this level, students begin to set personal goals and learn the value of persistence and steady progress.
